This red wine is made solely from grapes grown in our vineyards in Izu City.
It features a light body with subdued tannins, offering a pleasant acidity and fruity flavour.
The Yama Sauvignon variety's wild heritage, characteristics and aroma have been tempered making it suitable for a wide range of people.
The aroma includes notes of red fruits, herbs, and spices. Additionally, barrow aging compliments the wine’s body with a pleasant smoky and woody scent.
