Château T.S White 2023 Dry
This dry white wine is made mainly from Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture (Hokuto, Koshu).
The characteristic apricot-like aroma of Koshu is somewhat subdued, allowing for a fresh citrus scent reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit, along with fermentation-derived aromas.
The acidity is moderate and gentle on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste.
