Izu Unwooded Chardonnay 2023
This wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in our vineyards in Izu City.
It is crafted without the use of barrels, allowing the fresh aroma of the grapes to shine through.
The wine offers a soft, rich flavour and vibrant acidity. Upon opening, the aroma transitions from green melon and kumquat-like citrus notes to sweet, ripe melon and pineapple scents.
In the mouth, the wine initially presents the soft texture typical of Chardonnay, followed by a pleasant acidity from mid-palate to the finish.
The aftertaste carries the fullness of the grape's fruitiness and flavour depth.
