Shomyo Falls is a large waterfall sourced from the Tateyama Mountain Range. From top to bottom it spans 350 meters, making it the largest waterfall in Japan.
This majestic waterfall is divided into 4 sections, and in spring when the snow melts another waterfall called "Hannoki Falls" (500 m) appears beside it.
