Meguro River

The Meguro River flows from Mishuku in Setagaya ward through the Meguro and Shinagawa wards into the Tennozu canal.
The surrounding area includes many shrines, temples and museums and is dotted with busy shopping streets in Nakameguro, Meguro, Gotanda and Osaki.
Every spring the trees lining the river are resplendent with famous cherry blossom.
However, spring is not the only time to enjoy the Meguro River, you can enjoy the fresh greenery in summer, the changing colours of autumn and winter illuminations.
The Meguro River can be explored on foot, by bicycle or by boat.
