Takenouchi Kaido / Yokooji Festival
A special event showcasing the attractions of the municipalities along Takenouchi Kaido / Yokooji will be held, featuring a local products market, a stamp rally, local mascot characters, and more.
The event is being held in conjunction with the 28th Takada Okage Festival, which traces its origins to okage-mairi, pilgrimages made by ordinary people to Ise Jingu Shrine from the late Edo period into the early Meiji period.

Local Products Market
A market featuring local specialties from 10 municipalities along Takenouchi Kaido / Yokooji will be held.
Discover a wide range of regional products brought together for this one-day market.
Katsuragi City will also sell merchandise featuring its official mascot character, Renka-chan. Special benefits will be available for customers who purchase Renka-chan goods.
Stamp Rally
Take part in a stamp rally for a chance to win prizes.
Collect stamps from all 10 municipalities and enter the prize drawing.
Historical Lecture
A special lecture will be given by 𠮷川 雅章, chief priest of Nagao Jinja Shrine in Katsuragi City.
The lecture will offer an opportunity to learn more about Nagao Jinja Shrine, which marks one end of Takenouchi Kaido.
No advance registration is required, and participation is free.
