Mt. Unzen Volcano Museum
This is a large space filled with intellectual entertainment related to volcanoes, where you can see, experience, play, learn, and relax.
You can learn about what happened and what remained after the eruption of Mt. Unzen and Fugendake which started in November 1990 to the end of the eruptive activity in May 1996.
The exhibits feature the threats of nature and the wisdom of the people who were faced with these threats.
