Tachibana-dera Temple

Tachibana-dera Temple is believed to be the birthplace of Prince Shotoku Taishi, and is one of the seven temples said to have been erected by him.
It houses a statue of Prince Shotoku Taishi, an Important Cultural Property believed to have been crafted in the Muromachi period, as well as the Nimenseki, a two-faced stone portraying good and evil that can be found on the temple grounds.
