Tanesashi Beach Information Center

The Tanesashi Beach Information Center, located in front of the spectacular natural grassland, provides information on the Mount Hashikami area and the Michinoku Beach Trail in Sanriku Fukko National Park.
The information center offers opportunities for local residents and visitors to interact with nature through hands-on programs and guides.
Visitors can relax and enjoy the view of the natural grassland stretching out in front of them through glass windows.

Next door is the free Tanesashi Coast Rest Area.
At the Umi Cafe Tanesashi and stores in the rest area overlooking the natural grassland, you can enjoy drinks, snacks, sweets, and other unique, local specialties to relax after a long day of exploring.
