YATABE-CHAYA: Recommended soba menus
○ Tororo soba
Please enjoy the tororo soba by adding soup to the tororo (grated yam), to adjust the flavor to your preference.
○ Tenzaru soba
The tempura on the tenzaru soba are of five types: prawn, eggplant, sweet potato, carrot, and sweet green peppers.
The crispy, freshly-fried tempura and the soba that has a nice texture has made tenzaru soba a very popular menu item.
Please enjoy it with the chopped spring onions that have been seasoned with yuzu for a refreshing taste and aroma.
