Stay Cool and Safe: Your Heatstroke Prevention Guide

Summer in Yokosuka is expected to bring strong sunshine and high temperatures. Heatstroke can lead to serious, life-threatening health issues, so thorough vigilance is essential. Your safety is our utmost priority.

Listen to Your Body: If you feel even slightly unwell, take a break immediately and notify nearby staff. Dizziness, nausea, headache, or excessive sweating can be early signs of heatstroke.

Stay Hydrated and Keep Cool: Drink water regularly, use hats or parasols, and find shade whenever possible. UV-protective clothing is also helpful.

Organizer Precautions: The event will follow heatstroke prevention guidelines using WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) standards. If conditions become too hazardous, competitions may be paused or canceled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
