Yunomiya-zaronnbai Plum Tree

Only five nationally designated natural monuments in Japan are plum trees.
This tree was viewed even by feudal lords in the Edo era.
The Yunomiya-zaronnbai Plum Tree has over 300 years of history.
It is said that this tree was named for the fact that the Akizuki and Shimazu clans "sat down for discussion (zarron)" in this plum garden.
