Mikasa Park 三笠公園

Mikasa Park

The park's theme is based on "water, light, and sound", and it features whirling fountains and dynamic wall fountains paired with music, as well as monuments that are 18 meters in height, all of which showcase both history and the arts.
"Mikasa", a Russo-Japanese War era naval ship that is now one of the world's three most important memorial ships, is preserved here as well. You can see Sarushima and ships passing through Tokyo Bay as well over behind Mikasa.
