The Ikeda Town Historical Museum offers a chance to see, learn and enjoy the town’s history and former way of life.
Exhibits include household utensils and farm tools from the pioneering period through the Showa era, railway materials from the Furusato‑Ginga Line and the former JNR, pottery and stone tools excavated from local sites, and panels explaining the history of Ikeda Town and the Takashima area.
It is enjoyable for both adults and children.
