This park is renowned for its Nemophila in the spring and kochia in the fall.

Thanks to the area's abundant winter sunshine, mineral-rich sea breezes, and fertile land, dried sweet potatoes have been produced in the region for around 100 years.
When visiting the hoshi-imo specialty store Daimaruya, established in 1897, visitors are greeted by a large piece of art made from dried sweet potatoes.
This long-standing shop is renowned for its handmade dried sweet potatoes.
The taste of dried sweet potatoes varies depending on the variety:
- Beniharuka has a soft sweetness,
- Silk Sweet has a smooth texture,
- Mitsukiimo has a moist texture.
All the sweet potatoes, dried in the sun in a greenhouse adjacent to the store and made without additives, have a simple yet refined taste.
