Cable Car (Mitake-Tozan Railway)

A cable car connects "Takimoto Station" at the foot of Mt. Mitake and "Mitake-san Station", at an altitude of 831 m. It ascends a steep slope at a maximum 25-degree angle, and takes about six minutes.
It is also an excellent night viewing spot where you can see skyscrapers and Tokyo Skytree in the metropolitan area from the square in front of Mitake-san Station.
