Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls, Otodome Falls

Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls: Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls has been so named because of its elegant appearance, cascading down from a precipitous cliff like silk threads hanging down.
There, meltwater from Mt. Fuji flows down along the boundaries between geological strata, and it is one of the most famous waterfalls in Japan, measuring 20 meters in height and 150 meters in width.

Otodome Falls: This waterfall spans the main stream of the clear Shiba River adjacent to Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls.
The roaring fall from the 25-meter-high precipitous cliff is a truly epic contrast to Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls.
