Koba-Hinata-No Terraced Rice-Fields
The terraced rice fields of Koba-Hinata have been officially selected by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as one of the “100 rice terraces of Japan” and won a prize at the “beautiful village scenery of Japan contest” held by the same ministry.
These rice fields wisely adapted the natural landscape for rice production, creating a unique, agricultural landscape that contributes to people’s lives.
