Mars Shinshu Distillery
Mars Shinshu Distillery is located at an elevation of 798 meters on the way up the Central Alps’ Mt. Komagatake in Nagano. Far away from the sounds of cities, this distillery stands surrounded by beautiful, deep-green forests and clear air.
Mars Whiskey’s authentic flavor comes from the snowmelt and “deep mist” of the skirt of the Central Alps’ Mt. Komagatake, which is recognized as an ideal environment for whiskey-making because of the quality of the water that is stored in granite layers underground.
