Kasayato Water Park
This park is located along Kasayato River and preserves the area’s scenery from a long time ago. Visitors can enjoy observing nature or taking a dip in the water.
The park gives considerations to the habitats of animals and plants. In early June, you can watch fireflies raised with care by the “Kasayato Firefly Association” fly about.
The park and its surrounding areas are a breeding place for kestrels, which are magnificent birds of the falcon family. They have been designated as the city’s bird.
