Former Residence of the Tanaka Family

The Former Residence of the Tanaka Family is classified as one of Japan's Registered Tangible Cultural Properties as one of the historic architectural remains that retain the characteristics of rural houses in the Meiji period.
To make use of the Former Residence of the Tanaka Family while preserving it and passing it down, it was repaired and the main building was relocated. It is now open to the public so that many citizens can use it for cultural activities.
