Tosa Uchihamono

Tosa Uchihamono is a nationally designated traditional Japanese craft with a history of more than 400 years.
The blacksmiths of Tosa are said to create blades exactly as ordered, and have fans both in Japan and abroad.
At the Tosa Hamono Distribution Center cooperative, you can try out blades in person, choosing from a wide range of kitchen knives, as well as multipurpose knives useful for gardening and other outdoor activities.
