Yoshimiko jinja Shrine

Yoshimiko jinja Shrine is an ancient shrine that corresponds to a male god in relation to Yoshihime jinja Shrine as a female god.
The main hall was heavily damaged in 1864, but the former shrine pavilion was moved from Kamigamo-jinja Shrine in Kyoto.
In 1865, when Senza-sai Festival (festival for transfer of a Shinto shrine) was held, the building became the currently used main hall.
It is designated as a national important cultural property.
