Terashima Munenori Memorial Museum
It is the residence of Munenori Terashima or the "Father of Telecommunications", who worked as an accompanying person to Satsuma Students to Great Britain and as a foreign minister.
The residence that Munenori spent his childhood in still exists in the Wakimoto district of the city even after 180 years after being built.
The repair work finished in August 2019, and the maintenance of the surrounding area is in progress.
