Jidayubori Park’s Old Farm House Garden
Jidayubori old farm house garden was opened in 1988 as a part of Jidayubori park, and as a place to reproduce the rural scenery from late Edo to early Meiji period.
Inside the park, there are 3 main houses such as the 3 main houses including the famous main house, a storehouse, a front gate, and a fire hut, making it a valuable facility where you can experience the lifestyle of those days.
Similar to the Okamoto old farm house garden with the theme of "living old folk house", you can start the fire in the fireplace every day and touch the folk tools that are placed inside the houses or under the eaves
In addition, as you can participate in the various classrooms where you can experience the life of that time and annual events such as Tanabata and Jugaya, it is a valuable spot where you can learn about traditional Japan as part of your leisure.
