Tatsuta Taisha Shrine
This is a symbolic shrine of Sango Town where the God of Wind is enshrined.
Once upon a time, the shrine was built to pray for safe passage over the area of the "Tatsuta Kodo" that connected Kawachi and Yamato, in an area prone to landslides known as Kame No Se.
The national rituals that began thereafter have carried on to this day in different forms, and many people have come to pray.
Nowadays, even athletes with close ties to the wind come to pray to the God of Wind.
In addition, they hold rituals and festivals, such as the annual festival in April and the Fuchin Festival in July.
