Weeping Cherry Blossoms at The Daisho-ji Temple Ruins

The scene of flowers blooming like wildfire on branches that spread in all four directions is truly magnificent.
The ancient cherry trees are said to be easily more than 300 years old, but they still display their timeless charms to the crowds come spring every year.
Designated as natural monuments of Yamazoe, the best time to view the cherry blossoms is early to mid-April.
