Koga Kubo Park

This is the first park in Japan to receive the "Melina Mercouri International Prize of UNESCO."
The vast park is filled with beautiful flowers in every season.
In particular, the flowering peaches that bloom all over the park are famous throughout Japan, and a "Peach Festival" is held every year from late March to early April.
The park also has historical sites related to the Koga Kubo Ashikaga clan and cultural assets such as the former Tobita family residence, a nationally designated important cultural property.
