Nagai Michiko Former Residence

It was opened in 2003 (Heisei 15) as an annex to the Koga Literature Museum.
The misegura storehouse and part of the residence are reproduced after restoration based on interviews with Nagai Michiko.
The museum was severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 (Heisei 23), but was reopened in August 2012 (Heisei 24) after seismic reinforcement work done in addition to restoration.
Why not spend a relaxing moment in a place that can be said to be the starting point of Ms. Nagai's literature?
