Myofuku-ji Temple

It is said that Ieyasu Tokugawa came here to pray for military fortune. The temple is known as the shrine of Bishamon, god of victory and prosperous business.
The festival on the third of every month is crowded with worshippers.
The temple is said to have been built by Prince Shotoku, and enshrines one of the three Bishamon (a god that has three forms) of Japan.
