Hanroku Garden
The Hanroku Garden is the residence of the wealthy Nakano Hanroku family, who built up a fortune in the shipping and brewing industries since the Edo period.
In the circular Japanese garden, there used to be a “Tide Entrance Garden” pond that rose and fell with the tide of the Handa Canal.
