Kamata Brewery is the only brewery in the region that produces "tennen moromi," an unrefined sake aged for over a year using only soybeans, wheat, and salt.
The brewery has a unique nostalgic air to it, making it perfect for a tour around the brewery itself. Remember to also treat yourself to some tea, miso-zuke, or tsukudani.
