Hagoromo Water Falls

The origin of the name "Hagoromo Water Falls" is said to have come from the literary figure Keigetsu Omachi in 1918, who was reminded of a "hagoromo" (celestial garment) after catching sight of the scenery and flowing waters.
This waterfall is the highest in Hokkaido, and it's listed on the 100 best waterfalls in Japan.
This sightseeing area is widely regarded as a popular photo spot since the fall time brings in red and yellow colors all around the waterfall for a scenic backdrop.
