Takaoka Mikurumayama Museum

This is a facility where the pride of Takaoka, the Mikurumayama floats, are displayed throughout the year.
Complete with stores and a tourist information corner, it can also be used as a base for walking around the city.
The Takaoka Mikurumayama Festival, held every year on May 1, features a spectacular procession of seven floats through the city.
