Seiryuu Dori
Seiryuu Dori was selected as one of "Japan's 100 Exquisite and Well-Conserved Waters of the Heisei period" in 2008.
Starting from the entrance area of the Kano City Hall, it flows about 600 meters long alongside the statue of Sozaemon Iwasaki, the bullet cherry tree, Ryuunji Temple, Nishoyamada Shrine, the watermill shed, and the Kanyoji Temple.
You can enjoy the nature, culture, and historical sites of each season here.
Around October, you can see the Chestnut Tiger (a type of butterfly), which is known for flying long distances, fluttering in search of Fujibakama (Wisteria).
