Shizumine Furusato Park was selected as one of the best places for double-flowered cherry blossoms in the "Top 100 Best Cherry Blossom Locations in Japan."
The expansive 12-hectare park is planted with around 2,000 double-flowered cherrry blossom trees, and the full bloom view is a magnificent spectacle.
During the annual Yaezakura Festival, the cherry blossoms are illuminated from dusk, where you can savor a magical atmosphere.
