Oarai Isosaki Jinja Shrine

The enshrined deities are Omunachi-no-Mikoto and Sukunahikona-no-Mikoto.
It is said that they descended on the current Kamiiso in the year 856.
Since ancient times, many people have worshipped them as the gods of good luck, medicine, marriage, good harvests, and eliminating evil.
The current shrine started being constructed at the start of the Edo period and was completed in 1730.
It is situated on a hill facing the sea, which can be gazed at from within the compound.
