"Whales for Everyone" was painted in a workshop format by local high school students as well as many other volunteers.
The whale this art depicts is a "snapping whale," a type of dolphin that sometimes ventures to the Seto Inland Sea.
The best way to take a picture is to straddle the seawall and pose as if you were riding a whale!
