Manabi no Mori
This is a beautiful park with rows of ginkgo trees.
This spacious park, which used the former site of Gifu University, is famous for its rows of ginkgo trees.
Locals call it "Winter Sonata Street" because of its resemblance to the scenery of Chuncheon City, the location of the Korean drama "Winter Sonata".
Many tourists visit the area from fall through winter, as the ginkgo trees turn red in mid-November and the illuminations are beautiful from December to February 14.
