Hara Fudo Falls

Hara Fudō Falls is a waterfall that is surrounded by a primeval forest consisting of beech and Japanese red pine.
The clear stream drops 88m over rocky cliffs in three stages and is considered a magnificent and beautiful waterfall that has been chosen as one of "Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls".
The two cascading falls, called "male falls" and "female falls" closely resemble each other and flow into one pool, hence it is also referred to as the "waterfall of love fulfillment" and "waterfall of happiness.
