Forest Therapy

Forest therapy, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a practice that differs from regular forest bathing, and aims to promote mental and physical health and prevent disease by enjoying the forest in a way that is supported by medical research.
Shisō City is home to abundant forests and has 3 forest therapy trails named "Akanishi therapy road", "Kokomi no Mori therapy road" and "Higashiyama therapy road".
