The Kids' Science Museum of Photons

Visitors to The Kids' Science Museum of Photons can enjoy experiencing the wonder of light while learning about subjects ranging from the basic properties of light to cutting-edge applications using light.
Light, which is something that is always close to us, yet is filled with wonderment, is the theme of this museum.
Its goal is to nurture scientific interest in children, the leaders of the future, and more generally, to familiarize the general public with light-based technologies.

Transportation: Take the Nara Transport Bus heading for Kunimida 8-chome from either JR Kizu Station or JR・Kintetsu Nara Station, and disembark at the Umemidai-nishi stop.
