Kimendai Lookout Rest Area is a scenic spot located on the border of Tottori and Okayama prefectures, along the Hiruzen Daisen Skyline.
Situated at an altitude of 900m, looking north you'll see a range of mountains centered around the famous peak of Daisen in Tottori Prefecture, and if you turn around, you can overlook the green plateau of Hiruzen.
In the autumn, you can gaze down upon groupings of pampas grass.
You can also see the sunrise and sea of clouds, making it a popular spot for photography.
