Manno Pond

One of the largest irrigation reservoirs in Japan with a circumference of approximately 20 kilometers, a depth of approximately 22 meters, and a storage capacity of 15.4 million cubic meters.
Also known as the Sanuki water jar, it is a pond of life associated with Kukai and has a history of over 1,300 years.
In 2019, it was designated as a national scenic spot and efforts are being made to protect it.
