Shinsengumi Furusato Historical Museum
This is the historical museum that has the theme of the Shinsengumi, Bakumatsuishin (the Meiji Restoration at the end of the Edo period), and Koshudochu-Hino-shuku (Hino-shuku along the Koshu Road).
The permanent exhibition “The Shinsengumi / Shinchogumi and Hino” introduces the Shinsengumi from its formation to its dissolution based on documentary records.
Permanent exhibitions, special exhibitions, temporary exhibitions are regularly held by the museum.
You can dress up as a member of the Shinsengumi at the “cosplay” section.
