A beginner-friendly peak with views from “Skytree height”
Mt. Hinata (633m) is a scenic, relatively easy mountain that you can hike up to directly from Seibu Railway Ashigakubo Station.
The trail leads through the Ashigakubo Orchard Park and along the “Yama no Hanamichi” (“Mountain Flower Trail”), where seasonal flowers bloom along the path, before reaching the summit.
When the weather is clear, the viewing platform at 634 meters above sea level—the same height as Tokyo Skytree—offers fine views of Mt. Buko, Mt. Futago and the surrounding mountains.
