Lined with many ancient cedar trees
Daimonzaka, the beautiful stone paved approach to Nachi taisha Shrine, is lined with many ancient cedar trees.The two cedars at the entrance, and known as the “married couple”, are over 800 years old.
At the teahouse, located at the entrance, visitors can try on vivid color dresses from the Heian era (794–1185), take a photo, and explore the ancient path.
