Izu Symphony Red 2020 Premium
This wine is made from three varieties of red wine grapes grown in our vineyards in Izu City.
It has been aged in barrels for 12 months, resulting in a spicy, rich barrel flavour that blends with the aroma of dark red fruits.
Due to being unfiltered, it has a slight cloudiness, and the aroma changes quickly.
The scent hints at sediment, mixing sweet, fruity and herbal aromas.
The taste is mature with a soft mouthfeel and offers a good balance of acidity, umami, and tannins.
