Tsukudani-imasu Hitokotoneko Jinja Shrine 調田坐一事尼古神社

Tsukudani-imasu Hitokotoneko Jinja Shrine

The shrine is a Shikinai-sha recorded in Jinmyocho (a register of shrines) of “Engishiki,” a statute book complied in 927, as "Katsuraginoshimo County, Tsukudani-imasu Hitokotoneko Jinja Shrine, Tai, Tsukinami, Niiname."
It is said that the shrine can make one desire come true.
In the hall of worship, there are many Ema (votive horse tablets) devoted to the god hung there from 1861 until recently, which proves that the shrine has earnestly been worshipped by people who have made their “one-phrase” wish on the votive tablets.
