Mt. Ogusu (大楠山) is the highest peak (242m) on the Miura Peninsula (三浦半島).
The hills extending east and west from this mountain's summit are designated as a scenic area, preserving the abundant natural beauty.
There are a total of five hiking courses around Mount Ogusu, centered on its summit, including Ikasa (衣笠), Tsukayama (塚山) · Abekura (阿部倉), Ogusu Ashinaguchi (大楠芦名口), Maedahashi (前田橋), and Shonan International Village (湘南国際村).
Each of these courses has its own unique charm, making Mount Ogusu a popular destination among hikers.
